Things to Ponder:

Living a full life is much more than just enjoying your life. It entails living your family a legacy you can be proud of. Loving your family is much more than just caring for them. It means making that love and care last after you are gone. How can you do that? By planning for your burial and planning for what you will leave behind.

You can choose where you want to be buried, what kind of service you want; everything from the colors, music, casket and environment you want for your goodbyes and the celebration of your life. Funeral arrangements might not be important to you now, and certainly won't be important to you when the time comes, but it will make a huge difference in the lives you leave behind.

Take a moment to take some notes, make sure you have all your wishes written in a Will, all your medical wishes written in a Medical Power of Attorney and leave a plan for all your finances. Do you prefer being buried or cremated? Do you have a Crematorium, Funeral Home or Cemetery in mind? Even if you don't care, think of your family, think of how hard it will e for them once you are gone.

A little research now will mean a lot later. Let's say you are not interested in planning for your passing. Can you assign that task to someone?
